About York Vault
Short: York Vault is a private photo vault for iPhone and Android. It encrypts each photo, video and file on the phone, behind a code the user chooses.
Long: York Vault keeps photos, videos and files behind a PIN, passcode or pattern the user chooses. It encrypts each item on the phone before it saves it, and backs it up, still encrypted, to the user's own iCloud or Google Drive at no cost. A cover code opens a separate library, neutral icons hide what the app is, and a 12-word recovery key brings the library back if the code is lost. Viewing, export and restore of a user's own items stay free on every plan, and the app has no ads. York Vault is on the App Store and Google Play, with a Mac app and a web app in its paid plans.

The rosette in rosewood on burgundy, 1024 px. Stores add their own corner shape.
Use the files as they are. Do not redraw, recolour, stretch or add effects. Keep clear space of at least the height of the capital letters on every side of the logo.

Burgundy carries the brand. Gold is an accent and goes only on burgundy or black.
Writing the name
- Write York Vault in text. The wordmark uses YORK VAULT in capitals.
- Never write "York" alone. It is a different name.
- On iPhone, the name under the app icon is "YV", so that a neutral icon does not give the app away.
